Leaf And Feather Farm Michigan

Birds of a Feather is the fifteenth episode of the first season along with the episode The Incredible Shrinking Duck which comes right after it. Birds of a Feather first aired on April 30, 2004. The episode is written by Kathy Waugh and is story boarded by Gabriela Godoy.

One morning while Peep is out walking, he steps on the most beautiful feather he had ever seen. He tells Chirp, and she is fascinated by it. Once Quack sees it, he convinces Peep and Chirp that it is absolutely his feather, but once it gets stuck on a little bush, he gets upset with it and tells Peep and Chirp that it is not a duck feather. After that, the birds start to look for the real owner of the feather. They walk by the playground when the Raccoon sees it, and he tries to convince them that the feather is his. The birds know the feather doesn't belong to him because he is furry and brown, so they walk by. Then, a rabbit tries to convince them that the feather is her's by claiming her nose is purple, but her nose is a lighter shade than the purple on the feather, and she doesn't have pointy feather things. They walk by an inch worm, and then finally the Blue Jays.

After speaking to everyone they know, the three sit near Squeak's brick, staring at the feather. Squeak finds the birds near her home, and screams at the sight of the feather. She tells them to come to her brick if they want to hear the story of the owner of the feather. As Squeak begins telling the story, Quack says he has things to do, and leaves (he is scared). Squeak tells Peep and Chirp that the feather belongs to an enormous bird (owl) who lives in a tree in The Deep Dark Woods, and who flew high into the sky at night. Squeak says the rest of the story was so shocking she couldn't bear to tell it.

Together, Peep and Chirp go into the Deep Dark Woods, and find the tree. As Chirp nervously puts down the feather, the bird comes out. The two panic, but try to talk to her. They tell her about the feather, but she says she doesn't need it anymore. At this, Chirp begins complaining about all the work they did just to return a feather she didn't need. Chirp asks the bird if she would talk to her and Peep. The bird, who's name is Hoot, puts one wing around Peep and Chirp, and they learn that owls aren't that scary after all (unless you happen to be a mouse).

Doctrines around the world say feathers help guide you towards your true path in life. To trust and listen to your intuition. And a feather’s color carries a particular, important message about you:

Red feathers symbolize power, strength and fertility in your future plans — along with great passion and endurance. Brown feathers represent stability. Pink feathers show you the power of love the world holds for you.
